  • No. While our emergency mobile service operates around the clock, the shop and office hours are 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, and closed on weekends.

  • No, although we are well tooled and experienced in a wide range of vehicles, we cannot cover all makes and models.

  • Not necessarily. If the locks have not been damaged, we can rekey the existing lock cylinders to operate with a new key. This ensures the stolen keys will no longer function in your vehicle while avoiding the cost of a full lock replacement.

  • No, our locksmiths are well trained and use professional tools to gain access without causing damage to your property

  • Rekeying a lock changes the internal pins of the lock so old keys no longer work. In most cases it is more cost effective than replacing the lock.

    It is strongly recommended to rekey your locks after moving into a new property, losing keys, or changing tenants.

  • We offer onsite key cutting for homes, businesses, and many vehicle models. In most cases if you’ve lost your keys, we can create new ones and rekey your locks for security.

  • For the most part we can provide a quote over the phone. However, there may be some instances in which we cannot offer a quote until we assess the car onsite.

  • As each job is priced differently depending on what’s required and the type of vehicle you have. If you are able to supply us with your cars details or VIN, we should be able provide you with a quote.

  • For ease of payment, we offer a variety of payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, debit card and cash. We offer mobile eftpos in all vehicles so you can pay on the spot.
